Organization

We became a registered Washington State Nonprofit Corporation on June 3, 2024 and were granted federal 501(c)(3) status on October 21, 2024, retroactive to June 3, 2024.  

We have about 75 active members, a nine-person Board of Directors, four work teams focused on administration, membership, communications, and data management, plus three committees related to events and activities, finance, and volunteers.  

We have connections to other community organizations such as the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging.

Our regular annual dues for members are $200. We also offer reduced fee memberships of $120 or $60, subject to the availability of donated funds.
