Living Fully Now™ is open to the public at 222 Columbia Street in Olympia. The Olympia Center is fully equipped to meet accessibility needs. The cost is $210 for members of The Senior Services for South Sound and $265 for non-members. Everything needed will be provided upon registration by the Senior Services of South Sound and at the beginning of the first class. The course is 6 weeks and participants meet on Mondays starting November 2nd from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. The catalog description follows: Life can change in ways we choose—and ways we never expected. Retirement, changing health, caregiving, relationship changes, an empty nest, relocation, or simply wondering “What comes next?” can leave us feeling less certain about who we are and where we are going. In this supportive six-week experience, you’ll honor what has changed, reconnect with your identity, strengths, and hard-earned wisdom, and explore what brings meaning, connection, and energy to your life now. Through guided conversation, practical workbook exercises, and small real-world experiments, you’ll discover possibilities, strengthen your ability to make thoughtful choices, and create a personal 90-day plan for moving forward. No preparation is required. This is a welcoming, nonclinical learning and coaching experience—not therapy. Come as you are, share only what you choose, and take your next chapter one intelligent step at a time.
