Bring a friend and meet new ones at this fun class taught at both 10am and again at 11am rain, sleet or shine. Drinking water is critical as is weather appropriate gear - light weights are optional.  Bathrooms are clean and plentiful in the park as is parking.  Occasionally, the class is moved to another shelter in the class so check the playground area across East Bay Drive.
