For decades much of the news about Israel and Palestine has focused on hostility, repression, violence and war.  This talk introduces a wide range of visionary Israelis and Palestinians who warrant your attention.  Some of them work together to forge a path toward peace; others use artistic expression to unmask difficult realities of on-going conflicts that political leaders have been unable to solve.  Included in the talk are visuals that will take you there.

The speaker is Nancy Koppelman, PhD., who has been a professor at The Evergreen State College for 26 years.
